Yes, previously saved reports can be renamed. 

• To action this, navigate to Reporting>Privacy>Register Reporting and Select Report from the dropdown. 

• Within 'Report Name', enter the new naming convention:

• Select Save.
• You will now receive the below notification: 

• And finally, select Confirm.
