How to Add Question Logic to Privacy Assessments

Question Logic can be added to particular questions with the Incident Assessment. 

To add this function, navigate to Settings>Privacy>Assessment Creator>Choose Assessment>Edit.

  • If Question Logic can be applied to a particular question, the below icon will be visible beside the question.

  • Select the above icon, and turn on Hide Question by Default:

  • A rule will then need to be added; select Add Rule:

  • Next, choose your Question and Response from the dropdown.

  • Select Save.

Note: Question Logic will need to be applied individually to all questions you wish to be hidden by default, and will only appear after a particular response is selected.
