Yes, it is recommended to create content and test this on a pilot group of users before going live to the full organisation or to a larger target group. 

To do this, you must have the following steps completed:

• have access to your platform;
• have completed all mandatory training with your designated Onboarding Lead;
• have all necessary allowlisting completed;
• have content created;
• have users imported.
