When creating a Survey, you can choose the option for your end users to add a comment when they answer a question.
You can then view these comments via the Survey Overview Report.
- Navigate to Reporting>Survey>Overview.
- Click View Audits under the 'Action' column:
- Next, click View for the required audit. You will now be presented with the details for your chosen audit.
- Any comment responses added to the Survey will populate under the Comment column.
