How Do I Retarget a Policy to a User who has Rejected It?

There are 2 ways in which you can retarget a policy to a user who has initially rejected it: (a) Adoption and (b) Audits.

  • Within Adoption, simply click on the Retarget User button within the report.


  • For Audit, you have a similar option to simply click Retarget Policy.



Both options will be confirmed with the below notification, and new email notifications will be triggered to the user.
